Pros

No supervision, had a company truck

Cons

Expected to work insane hours. Sometimes work til 11 at night then up at 4 to go out again, sometimes 7 days a week. The only time you hear from management was if you screw something up. Otherwise they only care about sales productivity. If you sales are low, you get fired. I spent three years watching the fastest turnover I had ever seen in a company. The office in Georgia literally had a board with your area and your daily sales that management would look at like you are just a statistic in the grand scheme of things. They also promote managers from the outside rather from within. Dead - end job by definition!

Pros

Work truck and gas card are great

Cons

No training whatsoever, then they blame you when things arent done correctly. I got fired they gave me my second writeup and third writeup at the same time and half of what was on the writeups was not even my accounts.

Pros

Work truck with gas card company phone and company ipad

Cons

Too much to really list, main points are: Lies when you are hired with empty promises of pay. Lies with you can create your own work schedule They will tell you that if you go 400 miles put of your territory it will get you out of deficit then turn around and fire you when you are still in deficit in December knowing you have a family.
