Pros

1) Potentially great pay for those who have a desire to succeed 2) You set your own hours and schedule your own appointments 3) Outstanding support from a management team that is dedicated to your success 4) Company issued cell phones and trucks 5) Everyday presents new opportunities to succed 6) Earning potential far exceeded my expectations and that of my Wildlife Biologist peers 7) All promotions come from within the company

Cons

If you are willing to work hard to succeed then there really are no cons. If you happen to be the type of individual that is looking to ride down "easy street" to find the "easy doller" then this job is not for you!! This job is not for everyone but the Management/Human Resources team provided me with all necessary information to know without a shadow of a doubt what I was getting into.

Pros

1. Excellent compensation system, based on a draw/commision. There is a standard draw that is a guaranteed income minimum, however, monthly incomes are based on employee talent and work ethic. Most never earn anywhere near the payscale floor. Most employees earn far more than that. Best compensation in the industry by far. 2. Excellent Benefits. Matching 401K, Great Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance. Employee receives a life insurance policy of 20K for free, and can upgrade an low cost. Even issued a company cell phone and company vehicle!!!! 3. Working environment is AWESOME!!!! Great teamwork and professional environment 4. This is a career opportunity for all intellegent and motivated individuals. 5. Stability. Year after year I have seen this company grow and prosper despite economic crisis. 6. Family. I have been able to make a wonderful income and provide for my family while an employee of trutech. 7. Support. There is an amazing support system at Trutech. From the bottom up, everyone at Trutech is there to help you succeed.

Cons

1. You will have to work hard. You will need a combination of skills; intellegence, education, communication skills, and physical abilities. 2. This job requires dedication and ongoing training 3. Dealing with people can be frustrating

Pros

The ability to set your own schedule, work independently and earn above average commissions. Also the employees are generally the most motivated and intelligent in the industry. Every day and job is different and each lead is the opportunity to solve an interesting problem.

Cons

The pressure to sell and service at a high level of performance is intense at times. Customers can be less than understanding of failure. Ability to self motivate and manage your time is very important to your success.
