I am trying to stay unbiased, but cannot think of many cons as I am fairly new to the company.

There is no opportunity for growth on the Analyst team and managers make empty promises

Pros

Management team that cares about its employees and is flexible in supporting them. Smart, collaborative teams that work together to help each other toward a common mission. While a small company, it feels like we're a part of something big and that feels good. Flexibility for everyone during COVID has been outstanding.

Cons

Communication has greatly improved in the last few months, so keep that up!
