      Pros

      Team is crystalizing and some of the ambiguity i saw is likely improving, pay is good, benefits are generous, nice HR team

      Cons

      Strategy could have been clearer, made a few missteps with leadership team that drove people away, supportive board, company is making money and CFO has his head on straight

      I love working with everyone at Truveris, everyone is incredibly smart and is a subject matter expert in their specific area. Truveris is dedicated to serving clients in the most innovative ways possible, and that is reflected in the energy and drive of all employees and in the general direction of the company. Truveris s a great place to build your career and skillsets and grow with the company by learning from people who have been in the industry for a long time. Also Truveris offers great comp and benefits and definitely take care of their employees.
