      Pros

      We work with the best of the best in the healthcare tech/pharmacy industry. I feel like the work we do is actually changing the status quo of pharmacy benefits in America. Our corporate culture is great - we work hard and play hard. Our successes are celebrated and we are coached when we fall short. No micromanagement, endless support from the NYC office. I often tell family and friends this is the most fun and rewarding job I've had in my career thus far.

      Cons

      Limited room for promotion or advancement out in the field. Like another employee mentioned, some processes could use some modernizing.

      Pros

      -Great culture of hardworking people, many of whom are clearly experts in their field -Lots of innovation with a number of new products coming up -Management is great about hiring new people when needed so long hours exist but feel temporary -Growing quickly, so there is a lot of opportunity to move up

      Cons

      -We've outgrown this office, there aren't enough conference rooms or a large enough place to sit for lunch. -The building is just kind of crappy. Endless firedrills during the work day, leaking windows, electricity in the kitchen that is too weak to support a microwave, etc. -Not a company with lots of 'startup perks' or super generous benefits. They are fine, but nothing notable.

      Pros

      - Great people: intelligent and highly motivated yet laid back and fun-loving - Great work/life balance: no set hours, ability to work from home when needed, not a "face time" culture. The only thing that matters is that you produce high quality work. - Solid and fair compensation. No smoke and mirrors around things like stock options/equity. - Opportunity to greatly impact the US healthcare industry with a focus on transparency. We are truly pushing the envelope and doing things that have never been attempted before. - Fun office events

      Cons

      - Like any startup, some processes are a bit ad hoc and informal (e.g., recruiting, annual reviews). - This is not a job where your manager will tell you what to do everyday. Priorities may change frequently (as is expected in a startup environment), and employees who require stability may find it difficult to manage. - Since we are growing rapidly, the office is crowded and it can be difficult to find a conference room for a meeting or personal phone call when you need one.
