      Pros

      I've worked in the pharmacy benefits management business most of my adult life. As it has grown and gotten more complex, customers have gotten frustrated with the opacity, and I didn't feel good about it, either. Truveris is focused on pushing transparency into the business. That goal fits in with my own feelings, and it makes my job much more personally satisfying. On a more day to day level, I have been supported in a couple of different ideas I've brought to the table that aren't directly within my sales responsibilities. If you want to pitch in, you will find strong support.

      Cons

      The company is heavily weighted in NYC in terms of employee footprint, and that hurts promotion opportunities when you live somewhere else.

      Pros

      This company hires the best of the best, and there is something to learn from everyone. Collaborative thinking is expected interdepartmentally, resulting in a culture that balances accountability with support — and a sense of humor. Management and coworkers are sympathetic to work/life conflicts and employees are able to telecommute if necessary. Everybody takes pride in their work.

      Cons

      Projects overlap and compete with each other — the occasional "us vs them," be it different teams or manager and end user. We have outgrown our office space.

      Pros

      Top notch shop from the top down. Can't say enough about the individuals working here. Everyone is extremely intelligent and equally humorous, especially the engineers. This is a company that truly fosters growth and innovation. You are encouraged to learn new things and grow both as an individual and as an employee. Everyone is extremely willing to help and explain things to you if you don't understand. Couldn't have picked a better company to work at.

      Cons

      The building is not so great as the company is growing fast and there are employees sitting everywhere. The men's bathrooms have seen better days. They are often clogged and spew up unspeakable things.
