      Pros

      Truveris isn't for everyone. It's hard to do so much.... at a fast pace...in a rapidly growing company...while in a pandemic. But it's worth it. I love our mission. I love the people - talented and nice.

      Cons

      Change is constant, even though it's natural and needed. Not everyone is always on board or a fit. There are growing pains. I like the spirit of continual improvement.
