Overall, very positive experience and proud to be a TuSimple employee. The people are very friendly, collaborative, and supportive. Managers really cares about career development, something I've never seen at former companies. Very intelligent people across the enterprise. There's an excitement about working at TuSimple. As a start-up, there is autonomy to innovate and make true impacts to the business. I feel included and valued from day one. Free healthcare, monthly team bonding events, stock/equity, gym membership reimbursements are a plus.
