      Pros

      Interviewer was on time. Generally was friendly. See cons for more please. Won some awards in 2016 kitti ai benchmark.

      Asked to do white board challenges for most of the interview. Twice the interviewer said flatly there was an error. Twice I gently explained the logic in more detail to which he apologized and agreed the implementation was correct. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a test, however, if it isI'm not interested in a place that plays those kind of games.

      Pros

      It’s hard to overlook the cons, very little pros, mainly everyone seems to want to help everyone.

      Cons

      Too many too list but the culture is toxic with micromanagement rampant largely due to inexperienced managers in leadership position. Compensation is decent but definitely not worth the impact to mental health and well being. Ridiculous paid time off policy and company values that are just a check box to say “we have values” that no one is held accountable to.
