RUN AWAY - FAST AND FAR

Pros

A shared misery among coworkers makes it easy to make friends on both clinical and business sides of the organization.

Cons

I could NOT get out of there fast enough and definitely understood quickly why all of my friends quit within their first 3 years. Zero chance for upward mobility; massively overinflated egos of management & leadership; archaic and obviously anti-employee HR policies; below market compensation; horrible health insurance; culture of fake urgency, poorly scoped projects, workplace politics, blatant favoritism and special treatment; “let them eat cake” attitude toward employees and patients alike.
