      Pros

      The team I was with was great. We all had each other's backs and did our best to make our difficulties known to upper management in an attempt to get them to do something about it.

      Cons

      The management of my particular team has never done the job that my team did, and therefore would make unrealistic demands and expectations and would get upset and start handing out write-ups when their demands weren't met. They also did not pay any attention to our attempts to show them the issues we had due to a major lack of communication despite numerous different attempts in many diffferent formats.
