TMC has a reputation of unfair treatment to their employees. Very shady compensation practices. They prohibit everyone from discussing anything related to compensation. Per Diem employees are used as full-time employees. They will not transfer Per Diem employees to full-time even if they have been working full-time hours for a long time. They do this to avoid paying out benefits to Per Diem employees. Absolute lack of leadership. Suggestions and comments on areas of improvement are ignored. They assign supervisory responsibilities across all staff rather than having them be done by the supervisors. Despite the additional responsibilities, supervisors will never acknowledge your hard work and dedication. Supervisors do not appreciate employees. They are condescending, arrogant, and routinely act as if they are above us. Communication is sorely lacking. I receive a response on less than half of my emails. I have attempted to address this with management multiple times and they’re response was “Communication is bad everywhere, get used to it”.

Work you to the bone. They stopped offering bonus for overtime and they called us children because we didn’t want to go in for over time. Then they got mad because we were mad that they called us children. Haven’t done a raise and upper management got a pay decrease because the CEO and CFO can’t handle money correctly. Everyone is leaving. Don’t work there.
