Pros

The overall staff is employed longer than 10 years. It seems to average at around 25 years in most departments. The max was 30 years in my work area.

Cons

The wage is under the national average for many positions. This doesn't appear to be true in the clinical positions. Areas affected the most are the non-making or no money making support areas of the hospital.

Pros

Great individuals working there, nice facility, decent pay, good location, good food, organized, good to their staff, centrally located in the Tucson area

Cons

Long hours, limited days off, it was hard for me to be promoted within my field despite working there for 3 years and having a consistently good performance
