Pros

A lot of great worker bees

Cons

A lot of bullying and aggressive acts that come from doctors all the way to co workers. Management does not care and will allow bullying. The lowest paying hospital in all of Tucson. Except if you’re management on the board of directors. It’s non-profit - that’s the reason they give for poor pay. Health insurance is also one of the worst, high premiums, low coverage. Severely micro managed. Literally breathing down your neck.
