Pros

It is not corporate owned love the atmosphere very family oriented

Cons

it is owned basically by the community so it runs on donations which leaves little room for pay raises

Pros

Busy ED that sees on average 180-200 patients per day. Pt ratio 4:1 in regular pods and 2:1 in critical pods. Not a trauma center but they are a busy ED. Staff and management are easy to get along with. Worked nights there and the night staff is awesome.

Cons

Normal hospital politics-higher up management watching productivity but not understanding the flow of the emergency department.
