Pay is decent Overtime is available when season is busy

Cons

The bonus structure for scheduling coordinators pays poorly (still a plus to get a bonus, but it could be better) There is no room for growth!!

- I appreciate that the management team is given the freedom to manage the business and all of the tools to be successful, including great support from regional and corporate teams. - Your bonus ability is completely in your own hands and is attainable. - Tuff Shed is set up for long term employment with very generous profit sharing, 401 K matching, ESOP, and more for an enjoyable and successful career.
