      Pros

      Great hourly rate, reasonable commissions on sales, great group of office and factory workers, Always willing to help with any difficult designs and after install issues. Customer focused on their satisfaction. Going towards an Employee Owned company.

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on KPI’s. If a manager can’t determine the value an employee provides, then they need better training.

KPI's provide targets for teams to shoot for, milestones to gauge progress, and insights that help people across the organization make better decisions. KPIs are important to business objectives because they keep objectives at the forefront of decision making. It's essential that business objectives are well communicated across an organization, so when people know and are responsible for their own KPIs, it ensures that the business's primary goals are in the forefront.

      Pros

      Excellent Training, Superior Products, Innovative production practices, Complete support from the top to the bottom. I have never worked for a company that has a play book set up for your personal success. I receive monthly safety training and work with some of the industries finest people. I have never worked with a company that has more people willing to share their knowledge and wealth as I have here at Tuff Shed. Tuff Shed tells you what they want you to do and has the KPI's established to track your progress so that you can measure yourself and know that you are doing your job successfully. Tuff Shed hands out bonuses on a monthly basis. Tuff Shed is also an Employee owned company which means that you get profit sharing on top of that monthly bonus program. If you want to work for a company that appreciates their employees and produces the leading storage and garage products then Tuff Shed is the place.

      Pros

      Our location has a great management team and regional management team that truly cares for you as not only a employee but a person. They have a great benefit program including bonus payouts and time off benefits. They acknowledge those who work hard and celebrate their successes. I lobe the commitment to the team and our goals. It is a breath of fresh air to feel wanted, welcome and supported! Work life balance is great, and they are family oriented. They want you to succeed professionally as well as personally! I love the challenge my job brings, and what I do. I think we have built an amazing team!

      Cons

      New software changes have been difficult. However, they are always looking at ways to improve those processes and difficult things so I can't fault them there. IT delays can cause back ups with customers as it can take days to weeks to get IT to resolve a ticket.
