9yThanks for your review, we've shared it with the sales and management teams. - We appreciate your comments and, while we do take industry experience into consideration when hiring, we feel there are many other factors to building a successful team.
It's important for us to note that all new SDCs have one-on-one training with the Regional Sales Manager and GM - as well as participation in a one-week training program at our Customer Support Center in Denver. We take pride in our sales teams and know that Tuff Shed would not be a success without them.
