Our Area Sales Managers are compensated with a commission plan that includes a guaranteed minimum. High achieving sales people are incentivized through higher commissions. We also work to build strong teams through competitions and calling out top sellers at regional and national meetings. We are proud of our sales teams – as well as the culture and processes that make them successful.

The information in this review requires clarification. Shop Supervisors are provided hands-on training by the local Production Manager. In Tucson, the PM has been with the company for more than ten years, and is part of the team that opens new Factories and trains new production teams – there’s no shortage of experience or enthusiasm! Tuff Shed encourages all employees to take advantage of the resources available to become knowledgeable and successful in their new jobs.
