      Put me in a store by myself so I got to take naps because no one was around. Long lunch

      Cons

      No help. Can't get ahold of anyone. Training is non existent. 5 different answers from 5 different executives. Buildings aren't well made.

      There is no Store Manager position at the Lexington sales location.

      you are on your own. not much to do over the winter.

      Cons

      poor management. very poor pay. steals commissions and refuses to reimburse expenses.

      Thank you for your review. We appreciates all employee feedback. Our Area Sales Managers are a vital part of TUFF SHED's sales team. ASMs work directly with our corporate partner to train Associates and build our brand. We are concerned about your comments regarding pay - and ask that you please contact the Payroll Department to resolve the issue. We want all of our employees to feel valued and to be paid for their hard work. If there have been any errors, we will work quickly to resolve them.

      Do NOT Work at Tuff Shed!

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. No communication. No support from management or executive management. No commission reporting. Discriminates against African Americans. Does not have proper protocol for grievances. Human resources department is not helpful in resolving issues. Policies outlined in the company handbook are not followed. Senior management is arrogant and does not care anything about their employees.
