Good name, but senior management is killing the company & needs REAL managers.

its a job. company provides all tools

Cons

lack of corporate leadership from senior execs. very low pay. poor benefits. It costs $700 per month for insurance just for myself, wife and newborn each month and I only earn $14.25 an hour as a lead builder. senior management doesnt seem to care about the staff and doesnt listen to us poorly maintained equipment - very dangerous.

Pros

Biggest company in the industry. At least I get a steady paycheck. People under management are good solid and nice.

Cons

Benefits keep disappearing, salaries cut, management fat cats still drive fancy cars and have great lifestyle. They don't care about little people. They didn't even give us a candy cane for Xmas.

Great place to work and great people to work with. I get the support I need when I need it. Management is open to new ideas and fresh perspectives. I really enjoy the whole community.
