Bad work ethic

Pros

Pros is they hardly ever fire people, even ones they seriously need to.

Cons

No customers security, no buisness in the location I worked at and company marketing sucks and they want you to use your personal social media to advertise for them. Your customers will get stolen and they won't do anything about it half the time and if your out your customers are free grabs in the company's eyes. Even if you did all the work it won't matter. The company doesn't actually care about your they only make it seem that way. Health care sucks and doesn't cover anything.

Providing a positive experience at Tuff Shed is our primary goal when hiring and nurturing teammates. While not every new hire is a fit for the position, we continue to seek out ways to fully equip teammates for the duties associated with their role. Clear communication and transparent expectations are the best ways to meet that goal. Poor Training

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Great product, well engineered, lots of benifits. Sells itself.

Cons

Current training is short nothing formal, more of a mentorship/wing it attitud, left at sea on a dingy with a ton of processes and non syncing, complicated operating systems, hearing your short comings and little to no celebration of successes, length of service unacknowledged, just being on an island with mediocre compensation. Tuff Shed says it's the people that build the company however hardly show it...like they used to many years ago.

Your time with Tuff Shed is greatly appreciated. We have seen our business grow exponitially in that time, and with that growth, we've also recognized the need to re-structure our training and focus on continual development of each of our teammates. Growth is not possible without change and adaptability, and we are excited to support all forms of growth.
