This review is difficult to respond to, not because of the poor rating but there are very few details provided . We need specifics and examples in order to respond properly. You mention "Fairness" yet, no comments are made in relation to fairness. In the mean time, I suggest you go to your immediate supervisor and/or regional leader for the support you are seeking.

Work hours are good, work life balance has been a breath of fresh air after years in the service industry. only downfall is sales is now required to work Sundays which makes work-life balance degrade for me.

Cons

the recent idea that after 40 years, a factory that has been closed on Sundays, now has to be open on Sundays to capture web-based inquiries and phone calls?

In the end, we are a retail company and our partners are also retail. As such, the high level decisions that are made at Tuff Shed come with much research, analysis and discussion. This is disappointing to read and not because of the low rating. It is frustrating because you provide no details, whatsoever. In order for us to address issues, answer concerns and fix problems, we need to know specific examples. (i.e. why is management "horrible"? OR why is the work environment "horrible"?) This review does nothing to better any situation, relationship or process. We cannot even determine a location. This review helps no one.
