Pros

Great product, sells itself. Easy to sell.

Cons

Too many software program changes, extremely high employee turnover, poor training program, very disconnected corporate office. Senior leadership are all going in different directions.

We’re happy to hear your affirmation of our amazing product. Nationwide interest in our brand has led to exciting growth throughout your time with the company. With that growth has come the need to update many of our processes, systems and tools, which definitely calls for flexibility. We’re excited to have recently added a dedicated Learning leader at Tuff Shed who’ll focus on creating training and development solutions to meet the needs of our incredible team.

Pros

I love working with the home Depot employees, most of the people you train day to day actually want to learn the process. The pay is steady, mileage checks are nice. My manager is awesome and so is the district manager. You have a call center and a whole staff of tuff shed people who can help if you need it. Great company to work for.

Cons

Driving my own car. I've been with tuff shed for about 6 months now and have put nearly 10,000 miles on my car. You don't get paid on a sale until the shed is built so if it's a big shed you'll see that paycheck in a month. They can't keep contractors so they build slow so checks aren't as big as they can be. Managers are slow getting things done if you ask for something. It gets done don't get me wrong just eventually.
