RUN. DO NOT WALK.

Pros

You make decent money with OT but prepare to spend all of your time there

Cons

Everything. Company is a total disaster. From the warehouse to the office operations to the contractors. No one knows what they’re doing. It’s all about numbers and scheduling jobs regardless of if they can actually be completed or not. Sheds always installed wrong, cut wrong, constant canceling on customers last minute. Ignoring customers phone calls because the company does not have the manpower but insists on scheduling anyway. Understaffed in every capacity. You will be yelled at all day by LIVID customers because management puts you in a position where you have no choice but to screw people (constantly, DAILY) and then refuse to take the phone calls when the customers want answers. All they care about is KPI and bonus’s. Do yourself a favor before taking a job here and do some research. I promise, you will see it’s horrible across the board. Stay far away
