Pros

I can balance my work life with my home life. My son is currently taking school from home and I can reasonably accommodate that because of my flexible schedule. There are times when I am still working at 10 pm, but I am also available and flexible to attend his morning meetings. My DM treats me as an adult and trusts me to get the job done. I find that level of trust invaluable. I also know that I can call on him and get an immediate answer regardless of the day.

Cons

Some weeks I work 7 days. But in work/life integration, work doesn’t really seem like a chore. It is an opportunity to get things done that benefit and pay later. My Salesforce CRM is an excellent tool to keep an eye on my customer inventory!

- TS offers opportunity and very competitive rewards to the individuals, teams and leaders that; embrace it, solve problems & find ways to win ( That may be a 'Con' for some ) [ "PUT IN THAT WORK, DEVON!!...DON'T GIVE UP!!" • ᕙ(ツ)-☞DJ Khaled ] - Helath/Wellness are solid and better than the fortune 500 company I worked for previously. Theyve only gotten better since 2019 as far as I can tell. -Despite the economic uncertainty I've only seen benefits/reward & bonus potential increase, to varying degrees, at all levels. Fair 'Work/life balance' is recognized by the company and very much within your control. It's dependant on your ability to perform your job efficiently but unlike former companies, there are no extreme or erroneous demands on time.

Cons

- It's a constant challenge - there's NO 'easy' job here and, as one would expect from a growing company, there's massive hurdles & roadblocks to overcome at times (sometimes daily) For the people that don't believe in themselves, or ok w/ mediocrity.... this may not be for you. However, it may also be exactly what you need to discover your potential ( In that case...Pro ) - Technology still in the process of being streamlined and can feel counter productive/overwhelming to some.... It's has improved considerably over the past year as newer programs gets fine tuned w/ feedback from the field, but still an opportunity.
