      Pros

      We have excellent support throughout the company all the way from the Top down to the Shop. Great benefits and salaries that include bonuses. I look forward to coming to work everyday because no matter what location of ours i'm working at or visiting its always a great team. The owner cares about all the employees from Management to the Pre-Fabber which is extremely hard to find.

      Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Lacks appropriate management, empolyees aren't motivated or care about this job becoming a career. They show up late. Call out sick last minute. Management doesn't follow processes. They need dedicated employees. Warranty guys do the bare minimum in customer satisfaction.
