      Great benefits, bonuses, and retirement options. The teamwork is outstanding to produce great quality products.

      No a/c in the shop area. Challenging workloads on some days.

      There was no pros during me experience.

      Cons

      I was contacted to interview with little notice and accommodated my time to fit their schedule. Not details were giving upon arrival as to parking and interview type ( 1 on 1, Panel, etc.) Management explained expectations in a discouraging and attempted to humiliate interviewee. Leadership seems more like bosses than leaders and made belittling jokes towards current employees conducting the interview,
