      Pros

      Tuffshed is a great company with great people. They value you not only as an employee, but also as a person. They have concern for your work/life balance and offer many opportunities for advancement. In addition, it is an ESOP company.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any downside.

      Tuff Shed has an amazing culture behind it and as a result makes working for them that much better. A company committed to its people and to the growth of the company. As a company participating in ESOP, they ensure all their people benefit.

      Cons

      Hierarchy/roles can be a tad bit confusing.
