Offers very good employee benefits and sick, vacation and holiday time. Get to work with and meet people from all over the world.

Cons

Very little advancement. Most jobs are pigeon-hold. Salary increases are the least amount possible with this year's set at 1% cost of living increase. Evaluations do not equate to pay raises. Good evaluations only make you eligible for the cost of living increases.

Good environment; Friendly colleagues; Many opportunities to be involved in school activities.

Cons

Not pretty much about Tulane itself, but it's not very safe in New Orleans. The scenery is very beautiful though.
