Very structured and professional working environment. Great supervisors and professional peers. Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Terrific legal professionals!

Cons

Rule followers no wiggle room. There sometimes can be a feeling of walking on eggshells with senior employees, but for the most part great people!

Pros

Operations is a great division to be in, for the most part its a cohesive group doing great work.There are a few different work schedules that can be chosen that really make your work/life balance manageable. lots of vacation time.

Cons

Management is unable to make a decision and stick with it. The department is becoming more and more political between the different divisions within IT. CYA is definitely the name of the game.
