Pros

People in general are really nice to spend time with Really try and develop their apprentices Put us on training courses at first that have been beneficial Some tremendously knowledgable people in the department HR are really personable and helpful Great holiday allowance and perk scheme

Cons

A lot of apathy from managers regarding changes in personal circumstances Focus on development significantly dropped over the years Lots of redundancies No room for progression Paid a very low wage and yet expected to travel around the UK and also to Denmark for days at a time
