Unprofessional, unfriendly, not cooperative, remote senior management and a head office that is half empty due to the number of people that have left over the last 18 months. A few nasty pieces of work to avoid who lack any class.

there are some nice people to hang out with and people who are very knowledgable

Cons

there don't seem to be many opportunities for growth. Been doing the same job for 3 years one of the lowest salaries in the market, they don't generally pay well and when a colleague asked for a pay rise he was refused it.
