Quite cold inside the factory

I was working for Tulip ltd. a one year, and I can say that this company is a poor organisation. There is no true machine operators, everything is very badly organised and chaotic, line managers on retail department are unqualified.They have no idea how to set up machines and their incompetence leads to delays at work.In this company, they pay small money and work is hard, other employees do not help, I had to do everything myself even though I am disabled. They do not respect people and treat them like slaves that can be insulted and shouted at. The goals at work are from space and it's hard to achieve them because you have to work like a supermen on packaging to keep up. black people only go there and do not work at all, they command others and managers do not control employees and do they work effectively. there is no chance for a career development and a contract for better money and I worked hard for 60 hours a week and I did not get a raise or a contract.
