Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Many non-management employees are positive, hard-working, and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Tully Rinckey is notorious for high turnover due to excessive firing as well as employees fleeing this authoritarian work environment. This leads to an always short-staffed business where employees must constantly fill in vacant positions and completing one's own job duties becomes unattainable. Little to no employee development. Micromanagement leads to excessive oversight (both internet and phone usage). The chain of command means it could be months before a tiny change is made to a procedure, if at all. In short, this is a "No" culture.

Pros

Encourages growth and development. Working across lines of business to get the job done is encouraged. Communication is continuous and it is made clear that everyone is an important part of achieving the company goals. Honest feedback and authenticity are high on the list.

Cons

Sometimes honest feedback is hard to hear-but this is the key to growing no matter where you are in your professional career.

Pros

There is a small group of people who are great to work with.

Cons

Micromanaged, unrealistic expectations, management does NOT have good communication, insanely high turnover. Very fear based, managers make sure everyone knows they are replaceable.
