      I grew a lot professionally while at this law firm.

      Pros

      The environment truly encourages the attorneys here to think critically and creatively to best serve the clients. I have never worked with such innovative, yet knowledgeable attorneys before until I worked here.

      Cons

      Very few cons here. Mostly the hours as it is tough to get used to the long days at first. Before I knew it though, I definitely had to learn to stop working as I was always fully engrossed into it.

      Pros

      I trust the leadership of this law firm wholeheartedly. I appreciate their measures to ensure transparency among the entire company and its employees. I also appreciate their work environment as they provide the circumstances all the lawyers need to do their best work.

      Cons

      I find so many pros in this company that I don't even have that many negatives towards working at this law office.

      Pros

      I have a considerably good benefits package in addition to working in a great office culture. Everyone here is respectable and hard-working, no one here wastes time or is not passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is a struggle as I tend to get too into my work. I forget to make sure to give me some me-time as I work for this great company.
