Nobody really cares anymore, so you can do next to nothing. Though you will take the blame of any student who you fail.

Cons

Admin has grown exponentially with no input from professors or academics. The college is a business not a center of education

The feeling of success when you are able to help a student navigate through all the barriers TCC puts before them before they can even enroll, good PTO, decent pay compared to other colleges .

Cons

President doesnt like to hear negative information, morale is down, administration doesn't care about the employees as people, only if they are doing their job, very high turnover, lack of an HR director for more than a year. No real focus on student success and how to adjust to meet students where they are.
