Best Job I've Ever Had

Pros

Great benefits, including paid sick & personal leave. Lots of support when you have questions. Monday through Friday, 9-5 job. Only 2 Saturdays a year for 4 hours each. Paid classes thru TCC. Free gym membership. Great pay for the industry (administrative). Free health insurance. Not always busy. Acceptable to have personal phone close by and with ringtones on. Tons of meetings with updates and getting to hear from the higher management.

Cons

Not much room for promotion since a lot of people have been in the same job for a long time.

It's laid-back, the coworkers are friendly, and this company is fairly flexible with your schedule. I would recommend a job at this company to a friend or family member.

Cons

I find the work to seem never-ending. Sometimes it's hard to find a time to give yourself a break.
