Pros

I have been working in the Post Secondary For Profit Industry for over thirteen years and have never seen a CEO roll their sleeves up and actual works on the front line with their employees. The CEO, COO and other VPs' at Tulsa Welding school are the best example of true leadership I have experienced throughout my time working in the education industry. They are approachable and dedicated to assisting employees when needed. I sincerely appreciate this example of true leadership rather than merely dictations from other leadership styles that I have encountered working at other schools.

The pay is actually competitive and the benefits are not bad.

Cons

They own you and no matter what you do it will never be good enough. If you relocate for the job do not buy property, rent by the month because you won't stay long.

Great product. Students actually get hands on welding instruction. They are provide adequate tools and supplies. They leave with real world welding experience

Cons

Took much turnover due to culture of fear and favoritism. CEO rules with intimidation and misrepresentation. Upper management changes every few months.
