Pros

The pay was wonderful, feeling like i got to help students get to a better state in life was also very fulfilling

Cons

The manipulative sales techniques that they would force on employees was ridiculous. You were told that you were helping people better their lives, but then be pressured to talk someone into something that they were not enthusiastic about just to drop out and be in debt. It didn't feel right. Granted this was a couple of years ago and they have changed management since.

Pros

The ability to make an impact on the future generation of welders and pipe fitters in a very controlled environment.

Cons

There is a good bit of favoritism with management to certain instructors and a good bit of students are really not there to learn or better themselves.
