The industry of welding is very complex and diverse. It is great to be involved with students that truly are ABLE to take advantage of this opportunity. There are a couple of staff members that are truly there for the right reasons and continue to be resilient for the benefit of the school.

Cons

Operated by a corporation that hides their true desire of greedy capitalism behind their mission statement. Over and over again, the corporate office chooses to keep staff members that have no integrity and utilize manipulation to bring in the student body. The high turn over rate in the middle management should be an indicator to outside employment seekers that something is not right. Heed the signs!

Support staff is great and senior field reps do a great job mentoring he younger reps. You're pitching top school in the country for welding.

Cons

4 Different bosses in one year. Can't create a lot of momentum doing that year in and year out. It's tough

CEP is awesome. Corporate is great. Good benefits.

Cons

HORRIBLE management at the campus level. You come in daily wondering if you have a job because the turn over rate is so high. People get set up to fail and pushed out on a weekly basis. Goals are unrealistic. TWC and Department of Education regulations are being broken left and right. There is no training and when you ask for it, it's denied. Schedules are not consistent and subject to change on a whim.
