Pros

I have seen a huge change in the right direction since I have been here. The focus is on having employees at all levels understand that giving the students the best education is the priority of the school.

Cons

Not enough classes that draw the local community such as the free GED prep course we currently offer.

Pros

Management is encouraging. I feel as if my contributions are truly valued. Everyone works together to support each other. The company is really moving in the right direction and works as a unit. The atmosphere is "Change lives, get it done, but don't forget to have fun" and we do!

Cons

There are a few "Negative Nancys" who like to complain, but I've seen people like them in every job I've ever had.
