Pros

Great starting salary, at least 80% of the staff won't make you want to kill yourself....the other 20% will.

Cons

Very disorganized company, they hire and fire like breathing air. Training is a joke, zero job security, management speaks down to employees, and you will be expected to dedicate your life to being there 6 days a week, sometimes for 12+ hour days.

Pros

I have been able to maintain 40+ hours a week at a relative good pay rate while other welders have been looking for work. The physical work environment is good compared to other jobs in the welding field.

Cons

The school is expanding so fast management can't keep up. People are getting promoted into positions they do not have the ability to do in a competent manner .
