Lots of good people to work with and you are left alone to do your job. If you can show a reasonable need for training they will provide it.

Cons

Excessive work load due to lack of personnel. They did have students that worked part time to help the regulars but they have let them all go.

Benefits, office co-workers are rude & cut throat, go through admissions reps fast, work long hours. Have to work weekends, also.
