This is no '9-5' job. You will be expected to work hard, but it is well worth it. Time flies at VMTurbo.

the hours are little longer, but it is so enjoyable to work. You want to contribute to the company success.

Very supportive and welcoming culture. Everyone's voice can be heard and their opinion is valued. You work hard and have opportunities to play hard as well. This company is growing fast and has a very bright future. The software is like nothing else on the market right now. Huge competitive advantage.

Cons

The commute stinks right now, but that is changing in 2014! Work life balance may not work out for everyone here. Open office format, can be distracting at times.
