Pros

In my opinion, there are few things to look for in a company when considering a move, it must have a great product with high quality people and a culture that allows and encourages everyone to flourish. VMTurbo ticks all these boxes !!

Cons

Becoming a market leader in a hot market segment (Virtualisation) is challenging and hard work which could by some be considered a "con", however, it's a nice problem to have.

VMTurbo is a fast growing, fast paced environment. This is my first job in technology and I could not be happier. You are truly in control of your own destiny at VMTurbo. If you work hard you will be rewarded.

Cons

The hours can be long, but you find yourself not wanting to leave. The upbeat environment makes the days fly by.

VMTurbo is an amazing place to work. The people are passionate, the product is one of a kind, and customers love the what our solution accomplishes in their environment. We are doubling our sales year over year and the sky is the limit!

Cons

The office location is not as close to my house as I would like, but we are moving locations in the next few months. After this move, my commute will be a breeze!
