Pros

When I was at Turbo the best thing about the company was the people you work with. Coming out of uni the starting salary was also attractive.

Cons

I felt like the management both in EMEA and the US had trouble defining the strategy/vision of the company. They would say that they are being transparent about the decisions they make but the weren't about key decisions.

Great office environment, help is always on hand when its needed. Really interesting product, lot of different areas to discover and explore in the industry which always keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Better use of sales force capabilities.

Pros

Turbonomic has all the elements of a fast-growing tech company. Process-light, all hands at the pump. You get involved in things outside your job title and comfort zone. I have great support from my manager to try new things and am not afraid to make a mistake. One of the best companies for internal progression I have ever seen. Particularly given the size of the the EMEA org. We hold true to the vision that "high performance equals high reward."

Cons

If you love companies in hyper-growth you'll love working here. But it's not for everyone. It's hard work and can get frustrating - but only because we care about what we do.
