- Great Culture - Supportive MGMT & HR - Superb Onboarding / Training process - Amazing product - Generous benefits packages - Stocked kitchens in offices

Cons

- Can be a tough sell - niche product which is unbudgeted. Whilst all companies could benefit from Turbo, it's a long discovery journey - Company in a state of flux with some redundancies ongoing - no others - Complex technology......you could be left to sink if not a quick learner / adopter

Pros

It is the people who make this company great (as well as the technology). The working environment is one I've never experienced before. It's friendly, welcoming and supportive with a mature, professional approach to work life balance. You are recognised for your hard work, compensated well and it's genuinely a fun place to work where everyone wants to succeed together.

Cons

There isn't one that stands out, I love my job!
