Pros

- Fast hiring process and quick onboarding. - Clear performance expectations and result-oriented work structure. - Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. - Work with real clients and quick POCs

Cons

- Limited company culture or team bonding; the role feels more like a full-time contract position. - Few opportunities for internal growth or structured career progression. - Decision-making is largely top-management driven, with greater exposure provided primarily to senior employees. - Recognition and rewards are mostly concentrated at leadership levels rather than distributed across teams. - Limited transparency and communication from leadership. - Job stability can feel uncertain due to a highly performance-focused approach.

Turing project is not reliable

Pros

Good pay 3 years ago

Cons

There are no holidays when working with Turing clients, as positions are full-time and hourly-based. If you take time off, you won’t be paid. Recently, Turing has struggled with managing existing talent and tends to avoid connecting experienced individuals to new contracts. This is likely because they prefer hiring new employees at a flat rate that is significantly lower than the industry standard. The job has also become complicated; your continued employment depends on the number of approved tasks completed, with pay tied to the tasks you can perform per hour. Overall, this creates a challenging work environment. I would advise anyone to seek more stable job offers elsewhere, as your position can be terminated once your contract ends, and there is no proper remuneration. They often keep you in a talent pool, which may last for 3-4 months without work.
