Pros

Found a good team to work with. Work was good. Decent work life balance. Meaningful Projects.

Cons

There is quick hire and fire culture. My employment terminated without any discussion. In my review cycle I was having a good discussion with my manager for promoting me for the work I did in last 1 year. Suddenly I got a zoom invite saying my role has been impacted due to restructuring. I asked my manager and he told me that he is not aware about this.
